As reported in the Herald:
The state growth board said Snohomish County failed to follow state development laws and its own policies when it adopted high-density zoning for the Point Wells site in Richmond Beach / Edmonds Woodway area.
The ruling supports opponents of the 3,000-unit high-rise project proposed for the century-old industrial site.
The Growth Management Hearings Board issued its decision Monday April 25th, 2011 following a hearing in early March.
