Operations Manager Position
Busy, customer service driven real estate team seeks a forward thinking and naturally charismatic Operations Manager to support broker, agents, and administrative staff in this non-selling position. The ideal candidate is a creative, innovative and energetic professional with impeccable organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the knowledge to efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
- Operations – HR, manage support team (3 direct reports), training, system implementation, workflow management, meeting preparation, reporting
- Administration – provide support as needed (Listings, Transactions, Marketing)
- Customer and Vendor Management
- Technology Oversight and IT Coordination
- Light Bookkeeping
- Real Estate license OR related industry experience required (Title, Escrow, Lending)
- Management / Leadership experience
- Project Management
- Bookkeeping experience a plus (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Microsoft Office, Adobe, CRM Software, Google Workspace
